i don't consider me being pumped when i take agmatine a waste of money. the pump is the best feeling in the world and i can get it without lifting iron.

Being able to stay pumped up for 12 hours straight would come in handy pretty often.

i take 500mg after my workout it keeps me pumped after my post workout meals for around 5 hours.. on non lifting days i just take 500mg on an empty stomach you can take it any time of the day really just make sure it on an empty stomach
