up 5 lbs from an off day+refeed day?? My weight does the exact same thing, I don't have any refeed days right now per say, macros are just regularly 105/555/225 so when I hit those on a rest day my weight skyrockets the next morning! Are you planning on sticking with 3DMJ and Berto through the off season as well, Dave?

Hahah dang bro them fats though!! Mirin fat intake srs. Yea Im back down today, and I am supposed to go out in Atlanta with friends tonight so those "empty" calories might keep me from dropping the rest of that refeed weight today lol. I plan on staying with him for sure man, I honestly cant ever see myself not having a coach again, or for as long as I plan on bodybuilding.

MISC: Last section of the CPA (hopefully) done, and now its time to pack for Dallas! I have been having some nice strength rebounds in the gym, nothing impressive but getting stronger is something I haven't done it close to 6 months lol. Hit a paused bench of 6 at 285, and squatted 295x6 easily with no back issues. I am hoping to have a large increase in my squat this offseason but I am going to take it somewhat slow. Back injuries? Aint no body got time fo dat.
Psycho: One word, INSANE. I was so jacked after 3 scoops of that it was almost scary. It was 5am but didnt feel like it. I tried the Ragin Punch flavor and honestly wasnt my favorite flavor, but I dont drink my pre workout for taste. I was super focused, and wide awake. I didnt feel any jitters or anything and absolutely no crash. I went straight from the gym to my desk to study and I didnt get that "post pre workout depression" feeling. I am currently deloading so my volume is very low, so as far as getting a good pump, I dont know yet. I only do 2 sets during my deload workouts. Anyway, Im gonna be trying the apple asylum flavor tomorrow and hoping to hit a squat pr since last offseason of 355x3.IFPA Pro Natural Bodybuilder

MISC: Reading "how to win friends and influence people"...Such a good book, go read it brahs and conquer the world srs. Also been feeling great in the gym. I have been feeling so much stronger and all around ready to kill it everyday. I hit 305x6 on squats without wraps the other day, and 365x3 wrapped yesterday. Not impressive numbers but thats about the strongest I have ever been, if not stronger. I am also about 22 pounds lighter than my heaviest last offseason I also hit 290x6 paused on bench. I have benched 330x5 but that was not with a pause. Overall I feel super recovered and its hard to explain but I just feel GOOD lol. I cant tell because so many variables have changed, and I am not one to shamelessly plug to my buddies, but I really think overdosing on Xtend has helped me a lot. I have been taking two scoops during my workout and then one scoop between meals everyday. I just feel great (could be mental) and it could be a proper reverse diet with great programming (Mr. Nunez) or it could be a combination of everything. I just know that since I have been taking a ton of Xtend, I am recovering way faster and feel fresh everytime I squat even though I squat twice a week.
Anyway, off to PR on OHP hopefully, 165x5x2, wish me luck.IFPA Pro Natural Bodybuilder
