    problem with concentrating

Hi everyone, I am fairly new to working out. I have a question regarding a routine. Is it alright if I workout everyday, but instead of doing 4-5 exercises, I do 2-3? Basically I am spreading the exercises across the entire week but each time with less volume. Not sure if that made sense. Is this ideal or absolutely terrible?

If you are fairly new to working out I would stick to a full body routine 3 times a week. Starting Stength only has three exercises per day in it, and is a great way to break I to training.
