ERGOBURN log... the reviling of abs!

So first off just wanted to thank everyone over at Ergogenix for allowing me to do my first log with their ERGOBURN.

stats staring out:
6' 185 ~12% bf.

Routine looking like:
Chest
back/bi
shoulder/tri
legs
rest
repeat.

Diet: (just started lean gains IF)
is fairly clean (sometimes cheat a little snack) typically taking in around 2100-2400 cals a day.

Macros looking like:
~220g protein
~150g carbs
~80g fats

Goals:
Looking to get to 10% or sub 10% by the end of this log and keep my lifts around the same.

Current lifts:
deadlifts 315x5
bench (DB) 80x5
OHP 125x5
squat 225x5

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

Woke up at 8am (work) popped 3 pills since I have a high tolerance to stims.

Energy 8/10: Nice smooth energy no jitters like they say Was kinda tired and working on no food (IF) seemed to make my day go by quick.

Appetite suppressant 9/10: Was starving upon waking and withing 30-45 minutes the hunger was gone.

1:15- popped another 3 about to hit the gym now still not hungry and supposed to break the fast around 3pm. Will report back later!

Overall had a good workout took Xtend (2 scoops before 2 scoops intra) and my energy was pretty good and had more of a focus during (been off stims for awhile so ergo probably helped).

Total off day today (don't have work and would like a relaxing day). Didn't have much trouble falling asleep now that I was back on stims (last dose was at 1pm though, will test later times). Woke up around 9 had a glass of water and popped 3 pills, feeling a little (very little) hungry but I'm still getting used to the new IF schedule.

So I figured on my work schedule I have been doing my dosing time has been 3caps 9AM 3caps 1PM as of now. Energy has been up and appetite has been down!

thus far I would say this is a very effective product JUST for energy and appetite suppression, waiting a week or two to comment on fat burning abilities. Although I would like to put a note I do look a little leaner with a nice dry look so I do like that.

Today I will be doing HIIT (since today is chest day but I have work and my gym will be closed by the time I'm out). Took 3 caps at 9AM feeling awake and NOT hungry

So today like most I woke up took my dose at 9(3 caps) and hunger subsided about 30-45 minutes later (still not that hungry BUT I need to get my postWO meal in to feed the bod and break the fast). Energy this morning was great! (think it was due to a high carb dinner) But non the less the burn sure helped it!

will be taking another dose after my meal (about 5-6 oz of grilled chicken and maybe a half - full cup of rice)

Alright sorry for not updating. I have been feeling very sick the past 2 day (think my nephew got me sick) So I have not taken a dose yesterday or today. Will resume back up tomorrow health permitting!

Think it just might be a cold, WHO GETS A COLD IN THE WINTER?!?! Oh that's right I live in Boston and it rains one day sunny the next.

Anyways I Feel a little better, sore throat virtually gone and headache seems to be too but, I have a bit of a stuffy nose that I think will subside later today.

Woke up today took 2 caps just to start off easy, will take normal dose later. Will be hitting the gym later tonight for probably just a cardio session. will update later.

Thanks... once I got up and moved around my nose cleared up feeling much better!

So much better I ended up going for a run! (took half a scoop of WF v.2) Went on my lovely run, first run of the summer (lazy I know but I have been hitting the gym and working A LOT) ran 1.6 miles in 13 minutes non stop jog (couple big hills) and it felt amazing. Going to get some protein in me and then take my second dose of the day! (could go without eating since I'm not hungry at all, thanks to the ergo )

Let me tell you! Due to the IF I last ate at 10PM last night and I woke up at 830 popped 3 ergo's and I haven't had the urge to eat (good and bad LOL). I'm going to hit the gym now, eat, then take my second dose for the day.

So far I love this product due to just the appetite suppressant qualities! Also gives great slow release of energy.

Was pretty gassed after that (worked for 8 hrs before and still fasted) so I ended my workout!
