    Motocross workout plan?

    who all races motocross? whats your workout plan? legs and core mostly i take it?

    Not mx but I do ride track. Last year I was overweight but this year (only done 1 so far) felt really good. I just do my normal routine throughout the week and keep up the running for endurance. I am still pretty new to lifting though, but should probably incorporate shoulders a little more, due to having to out brake others to stuff them for the pass lol. Just work everything? lol

    This probably doesn't help much, but I am new here.
