How do they affect your system in terms of stamina, endurance and other things? Broscience ? .. can i just ignore them and take GNC sports multivitamin?
What about HFCS? How bad is it? From chemical aspect, its just a sugar in long chain form and takes longer to break down... that's and as long as in moderation they will be no harm.. is that true?

Micronutrients are important for overall general well-being, and shouldn't be neglected. Fruits and veggies are great sources, but they are not the only sources. There is a difference between supplementing and getting them from whole foods; supplements can be used to fill any gaps in your diet, if/when needed, but whole foods will always be the better option.
The concern with HFCS is that it makes it easier to reach the upper threshold of the daily recommended fructose intake (50g), since it is usually 55% fructose, 45% glucose (although it can vary), unlike normal sucrose which is 50% fructose, 50% glucose. It's ok to consume HFCS in moderation, but make sure you're overall fructose intake is kept within a reasonable amount.
