I understand that everybodys body is different, so taking in a certain estimated amount of calories could be inaccurate... so my question is.. do you feel any different whenever you are in an anabolic state compared to being in a catabolic state? I think that if you are good at determining exactly when/what to eat based on these feelings, it will help you understand how to lose fat easier on a personal level...
right now i just did cardio an hour ago, and i had a shake/yogurt right after, and now i am starving and feeling kinda like crap... i don't know if i am in a catabolic or anabolic state right now, but maybe because im feeling tired im catabolic and need to eat?
thanks for help

if your eating less than you're burning then you're more catabolic but if you're eating more than that well, you're anabolic. there are definitions if you google it.
as far as how you feel well, that all depends on what exactly you're eating and what not.
personally i feel hot when im in an anabolic state because digestion creates a lot of heat, but i normally feel very hot during catabolic state too cause i do a lot of cardio at that point.
anyways... MOOT POINT

six pack shortcuts
according sixpack shortcuts special guest PRO BODYBUILDER "ben pakulski" u can take leucine to keep that switch on so you're in an anabolic state more often so you're building muscle AND losing fat
if you're body doesn't have enough protein take BCAA
so its NOT moot, youtube "sixpack shortcuts ben"
his a guest and theres 3 videos, one teaches u to shred losing fat without losing muscle, go watch it
i recommend u to watch the other two aswell

Anabolism is powered by catabolism, where large molecules are broken down into smaller parts and then used up in respiration. Many anabolic processes are powered by the hydrolysis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP).
So I doubt you would ever tell the difference.“We didn’t find any reason to rush to the locker room and do that whey dextrose slammer, after your last set of squat rack curls.” Alan Aragon
