Rate this year's Super Bowl, now that its over.
On a scale of 1-10, 10 being most exciting, 1 being most boring.
I would say it started out as a 10 with the initial kickoff return for TD, and the 4 turnovers in the first quarter. I was actually laughing in how exciting it was. Then as it progressed, It got kind of boring with the Colts ball control and no really big plays besides the int return for a TD in the second half. Plus the fact that it was raining made the picture bland. But all the turnovers made you realize it could still go anyway up until that int return for TD. Overall rating, I give it a 6, pretty average or slightly above. It was exciting enough for me to stay tuned in for the whole game.
Final grade=6/10

I give a 7/10 just for all the hype it brought and the hilarity factor that Grossman supplied.

1ST quarter was a 10.
Rest of game, I would have to say 6.

6.5. Would have been an 8 or 9 if it was played on grass.

I think the weather made the game horrible. I don't consider any game with 8 turnovers to be good. It was just too sloppy. I think there should be a rule. If you don't have a dome stadium, you can't host the superbowl. I know that's not fair, but I think the rain changed the entire outcome of the game. Although the colts probably would have beat them worse on covered turf, it still would have been a completely different game.

Personally I thought it was an alright game. The rain made it alot worse. I'll still give it a 6-7. I hate Prince So the half time show was like a negative 10 for me.

nice to see the teams decide this superbowl rather than the knob globbling refs like last year's fiasco.
WEATHER IS A PART OF FOOTBALL, let's not cry about rain.... because if you do, you'll have to say things like "the wetness made the balls slippery." and (no homo) can only cover so much.

True, but you have to admit it must have been hard for them trying to handle the slippery balls (no homo = covered)

put it this way, if the ability to handle slippery balls was a necessity in the super bowl, outside of Jeff Garcia i can't think of two better quarterbacks for the job than Cut That Meat Manning and Sexy Rexy.

I love the Bears but Grossman made it look like an episode of the Three Stooges with all his antics. I'll give it a 7/10 for effort.

Good point. It actually made me laugh watching him chase after those 2 fumbles. He's pretty funny.

If anything it should be that in order to host the Super Bowl you have to have an uncovered field with real grass. The best football games happen when there are extreme weather conditions and mud and snow is just flying everywhere. Thats what football is. **** panzy domes and fake grass.
