    how do you lose fat around your pec's?

    iv'e tried doing alot of stuff to lose the fat around this area. what are some good exersizes that will help with this?

    Unfortunately you can't spot reduce, so you need to make sure your cardio and diet are in line.

    What does your cardio and nutrition look like?

    well im on football and we lift mon, wed, fri.......and we practice wed and sat foir now..... i also run steps and run the track on thursdays......

    my diet aint really good. it seems inpossible to eat right. i dont have any time. im either at practice, lifting, or runing.

    will fly's help cut down on the fatty tissue around the pecs?

    pay attention bro...you CAN NOT spot reduce. Weight training builds muscle, cardio and diet drops fat, that's what ur gunna need to do. Peace

    I now u cant spot reduce but it seems logical that if you add more mass to your chest u can burn fat easier in that area since there is more muscle their

    Wrong. If you added more muscle there, you would burn more fat, but not neccessarily from that bodypart.

    Nutrition is really the key here to cutting down. It appears that you have plenty of activity.
