Yeah it worked really well here in Dayton Ohio when they tried (late 60s) to bus a bunch of black kids in to the white schools and vice versa. All it did was drive out any white people who could afford to move and trash all areas of the city.

Not sure how the article construes providing quality, uniform public services as "blaming whites" for black short comings. Or how HUD using its funds to provide more information about service access is "forcibly integrating blacks into white neighborhood". The article makes it sound like Donovan is going to build Section 8 cinder blocks all over the country, in a suburb near you.
