    1MR Vortex + High Volume

    I already know I can handle the caffeine level of 2 scoops Vortex, but not sure about adding High Volume (sample). Too much glycerol? I wouldn't know, I have limited experience with this ingredient. I routinely take 4 of those MT betaine nitrate tabs along with 2 scoops Vortex or 1 scoop White Heat without issue.

    Am I going to be uncomfortable in the gym tonight? (shoulders + biceps)

    OP, Vortex contains about 2 grams of GMS per two scoops. Stacking both should be ok. Keep me posted on your thoughts

    Give it a shot, and see what happens. Other than possible GI issues, you should be fine.

    Havent tried 2 scoops Vortex; have done 1.5 and had zero issues..

    Well, I survived. Did dumbbell shoulder press (20x12, 35x12, 45x10, 50x6x2) and bent over rear dumbell delt flies (20x15, 25x15x3). Felt like my biceps were going to burst doing the high rep dumbbell curls (17.5x40, 20x32x3, 35x20) and cross body hammer curls (25x20, 30x15x2). Definitely something different about high volume. I consumed the sample 20 minutes before leaving for the gym (before vortex) and started feeling warmth through my arms and legs about 10 minutes later.

    High volume is very likely going to be a purchase for me.

    I did have some stomach issues halfway through. Won't be mixing 2 glycerol products again incase that was the cause. I'd be curious to try 1 scoop AMP White Heat and 2 scoops HighVol.

    And because it matters for muscle volume, I had about 200g of carbs and about 3/4 gallon water throughout the day leading up to the workout. I drank atleast another half gallon during the workout.

    EDIT: I also did lat pulldowns (100x15, 120x12, 140x9) and seated cable rows (100x20, 140x8 negatives, 120x6 negatives) at the end of training, and my lats tried to cramp on me. Epic. lol

    thanks for the updates....can you give it another run? Just so that we can be sure whether or not Glycerol is causing stomach issues. If you rather not then thats understandable. Both Vortex and High Volume are some of my favorites...

    I have stacked 2 scoops of vortex with 2 scoops of HV and had an amazing workout. No GI issues. TBH Pump-HD stacked slightly better with vortex.
    I'm out of HV. have some alphamine and will try it with pump-hd or hemavo2.

    Not ever had Pump-HD but I have mixed Vortex @ 2 scoops with High Volume and Hemavo2 very good!

    Have also mixed Alphamine with high volume which is a great combo... now if only strawberry magarita ( What happens when I mix pina colada and magarita together duh... ) and appletini were available...... maybe some powdered guava norcodrene O.o <3

    Never used Jack'd Up - Was sent a bunch of 1,3 had mixed it with about a dozen pre's and had used a LOT of amp cit from several dif pre workouts utilizing amp

    I did not feel 1,3 had much of a stim effect to me, felt more of a focus aspect got the same exact feel from pre's using higher amounts of amp cit.

    Cherry Limeade + Very Cherry Lime makes it easy to combine without thinking about what flavors will go together. Doesn't sound like a bad plan at all, actually. Even if not taking advantage of its burner properties, you get some stims and HICA + pump.

    I love AMP citrate. Metabolic ESP with AMP & 500mg caffeine was fantastic. Same with Angel Dust. Hope next time jack'd will work better.

    AMP white heat strawberry was one of the best tasting pwos. Sadly it didn't improve my energy & focus that much, but completely wrecked my stomack.

    But of course, I have to keep up my appearances Sad that AMP White Heat is no more. I still remember the first time I tried it. Postworkout, I still had tunnel vision and felt great. lol

    Actually, they have continued. I think it may be Vortex giving me the upset. Haven't had this bad of pregym intragym issues since N.O.Xplodemytoilet 4 years ago. I don't get this reaction from anything else I am using right now, and I just added Vortex recently (within last 2 weeks).

    Oh well, snow cone tasted pretty good at least!
