    20rep Squat - Push / Pull Movements

    I'm just starting a 20rep squat program and I was wondering if I could alternate the push / pull movements.

    The program is;

    'Randall J. Strossen's Super Squat Program' but I added 1 set of Stiff Legged Deadlifts.

    -Squat: 1x20
    -Pullovers 1x20
    -Bench Press 2x12
    -Bent-over Rows: 2x15
    -SLDL 1x15

    Was wondering if I could alternate Bench with Standing Military Press and Bent-over Rows with Chins.

    I noticed other 20rep programs use one or the other.

    Sure, there shouldn't be anything wrong with that. Why do you want to make that change?
