True or false: Muscle grows no matter how much you eat

If you get a hair cut your hair will eventually grow back regardless. The more you eat the faster it'll grow back but it still grows back eventually right? The same for muscle right?

What I meant to say was that after you workout and tear muscle that it will grow back no matter what even if you eat only 60g or protein per day. It might take no longer to repair than someone eating 200g of protein per day but it will still grow back.

muscles grow in response to adequate protien intake and outside stimulus, not by stuffing your face.

Muscle growth is a response to stimulation, quality nutrition, and rest.

You can hardly compare hair to muscle.
