I dont see why so many people dont believe you when you say you never lift weights. Maybe its because I was in jail for a few months and saw black people that were huge just from doing body weight exercises. Its really not that unbelievable. Bodyweight exercises are great and you can def build a great base from them.
With that being said def mirin your lifts for the first time lifting, but you really need to be careful you dont **** your back up bad doing that. When you deadlift you want the bar basically rubbing against your shins on the way up.
