What is the Story on the decline Bench press????? I never used it much until I saw the Dorian Yates blood and guts video when he said that it is the best chest exercise, and works the whole Pec, I have been using it in my workouts alot with a great success aswell as the incline and the flat....but now ive been told that the decline bench gives you man boobs and to stick to the incline and the flat...what ta ****....??? any yous do the decline????

Decline bench doesn't "give" you manboobs.
But - guys WITH manboobs should avoid it and focus on incline and flat. The reason is that decline bench builds muscle in the lower part of your pec (where men with boobs already have a lot of mass = fat).
If guys WITH manboobs do a lot of decline bench then they are just building up muscle mass behind their boobs which will make them look bigger.
The rationale suggets the boob guys should focus on incline as that builds the upper chest which can help offset the fat at the lower chest (from an appearance perspective).

If anything a steeper decline might give you a flatter line under your pecs. I think it was wide grip dips (which is similar) that is attributed to Vince Gironda pec development.Qualify as a Bar-barian by Fall 2011.
Physical requirements include:
1. 5 Muscle Ups
2. 45 Dips
3. 25 Pull-ups
4. 55 Push Ups
5. and 5 Muscle Ups, within 6 mins.
