In all seriousness, it's 30gs of protein plus 5 grams of creatine. That's pretty much the selling point. ON sent me a sample to review and honestly it isn't bad, it's just too expensive.

I am not endorsing this, but it is strictly a Post-Workout supplement/protein mix. So knowing that you will be taking this once, after your workout will make this last a lot longer than your other protein.
But the price is outrageous. Kind of like when the Taurus was the world's best selling car. Quality car with not a lot of extras, but dependable and was affordable. Then they added a bunch of features and lost the focus of "affordable" that made it so attractive to begin with and the price went way up. Now it's just another quality car with a higher sticker price.
