    ON Amin.o. Energy with ???

    Before I even start, I know there are people who hate Amin.o. energy because of 5g blah blah blah...don't care. I've used it and love it for mornings and afternoon pick-me-ups. And works for most workouts. What I'm wondering is if anyone else uses this, but something different for pre-workout- like on days when you really want to hit the weights or are maxing out, etc?

    I use it as well as a morning/afternnon pick me up. That and to keep a steady supply of AA's just like Xtend. Normally I do morning cardio so it works great for that, then i'll take a pre workout for my real workout later in the afternnon/night. I did try using it as a pre workout instead of Assault. I used 4-5 scoops of it, drank half in the beginning and sipped on the rest during my workout. I had great energy throughout the workout and felt great running a fast 2 miles after hitting tri's and chest. I'm actually sipping on some right now lol Mixed 2 scoops in about 32 oz of water as my pick me up. I got 2 free 30 serving tubs by ordering Hydro Builder. Glad i got it, it's a great little supp. I give it a thumbs up Really want to try the grape flavour. I hear some people matching servings of this with Xtend and having a decent combo there.

    I use a preworkout drink then add Amino Energy as an intra. I like that I can control the amount of caffeine I can take in. Then I use it after lunch as a pick me up. I think people get the wrong idea from this product.

    I also take Amino Engery, but not as a preworkout. I want more in a pre than what Amino offers, and most pre's already have caffeine. So I guess you can take it with any pre that doesn't have caffeine.

    A buddy gave me a tub of AminO energy and being basically a flavor caffeine supp on it's own was ok but one day I tried this combo very basic but had a great workout....I had a banana and half of a prolab caffeine pill (100mg) then 20 mins later right before I left the The house for the gym I had 1 scoop AminO energy...I didn't feel nothing special at the gym but had a great workout try that combo

    I mix it with 3/4 scoop of jack3d. 1-2 scoops depending on my cafeine intake during the day. Never had better workouts. Now that i am cycling off that 1-3 dime, Im using 1 scoop On A.E. with 2-4 pills of Energized Expand and havent missed a beat in workouts. hope this helps.

    I'd be cautious how much you use though. I have the Orange flav and i think it's starting to give me some acid indigestion...I just got done working back and bi's and i basically sprinted 1 mile was planning on running two as fast as i could and man oh man by the 1 mile mark i felt my throat starting to burn....think i need to lay off it a bit. Just thought it might be a useful tid bit of info in case you are planning on using it as a staple.

    Just got Animo Energy Orange Cooler today, mighty tasty. I think its the best of the 3 so far. just 2 scoops in 20oz water. GoodJob ON, my fav product yet.
