first of all thanks to all the members on the forums who helped me through out my cutting period. i started my diet in January and by June i,ve lost around 45 pounds. i used to weight 260 and now i am around 215. my goal is to be 180 by November. i am currently using...
1. OEP (1+1)
2. CLA 3000mg
3. Fish oil 3000mg
4. green tea extract 1000mg
5. max protein (1 scoop in breakfast)
6. L-carnitine 500mg
now i have a couple of questions.
1. what more should i add for max weight loss?
2. i drink around 4 liters (1 gallon) of water daily and continuously going to bathroom for peeing every half an hour. is this normal ? and is it bad for kidneys? i have heard that it can cause kidney failure too?
3. the most important problem. i am mostly constipated what should i do ?
the foods i eat are mostly grilled chicken. i try to avoid carbs. are carbs that bad for u for loosing weight? what should i do to stop this constipation problem. i use laxatives to overcome constipation but since few days laxatives have also stopped working for me. what should i do i am really worried.
i,ll be really grateful if someone can help.
regards..

l-carnitine won't help fat loss BUT it does have other health benefits. you dont need to add anything else my friend. make sure you're eating properly and you're doing cardio regularly, that's whats gonna make really burn fat, not supplements, ya dig.
don't try to avoid carbs! complex carbohydrates are good for you, whether they be fibrous such as vegetables or starchy carbs such as sweet potatoes. you need to get fiber in your diet, and a lot of it. get 25-30g fiber daily from your whole grains and veggies every day. fiber will help you feel full and regulate your body as well. your brain runs on glucose!
drinking water is fine. shoot for 1-1.5 gallons daily. water will help your body utilize the fiber.http://www.youtube.com/user/Celonarb My YouTube Channel, please subscribe <3
Don't ask me if I lift, because I don't

can anybody tell me some good carb foods? i think i am confusing carbs with fat. i think carbs are bad for weight loss. can anyone correct me with this?
i used to take special K cereals in breakfast but stopped taking them replacing my breakfast with whey protein shake. was this a wise choice?

Personally, I would have a proper meal at breakfast, as opposed to a Meal-replacement/Protein shake.
Especially when cutting, you want to feel as full as possible, and a protein shake just won't do it.
Try having a few egg whites and a slice of brown toast or two. Its still low in fats, the egg whites will add protein and brown toast will give you some fiber and a decent source of complex carbs.
If you workout in the morning though I might add some extra carbs to that. You can always keep some whole eggs in as well if you want a some extra fats in there.
Oh, and i would take a multi-vitamin with your stack as well. Especially when on a smaller diet you want to ensure your body has all the necessary Vitamins and Minerals.
Hope this helps

Diet and excercise are key supplements are just an aid. Try eating more fruits (i.e berries) and veggies and drinking that much water is fine. What is your protien intake? That could lead to bathroom issues. Also when your dieting you need to see what works for you body I would suggest good fats found in nuts and fish this helps with weight loss and cut down on salty foods sometimes you think it's fat and it's just water under the skin. You also don't want to completely cut carbs.

Protein can tend to be constipating for many reasons. Unlike fruits or vegetables, it has no roughage to mop up the waste material and keep it moving. The slow-moving protein food should always be eaten with vegetables to help move it along through the digestive process. Just like your car cannot operate without gas, your colon cannot operate without roughage. What kind of excercise regimen do you have because that will help you to determine how much protien and carbs you need. As far as your constipation I suggest get a natural colon cleanser to flush out your system and start fresh.

Our bodies are not equipped to handle the amount of toxins we come into contact with every day. Taking a proactive approach toward moving these chemicals through your body helps support your overall health and sense of well-being. Colon cleansers are formulated to help promote this activity with a proprietary blend of herbs, fibers, and other nutrients to support colon health and enhance digestion. Be careful when buying supplements at GNC some of the clerks aren't very knowledgeable. If your gonna shop there go in informed about what your going to get because they will point you to there brand of stuff and sometimes not all of there supplements are that greatest
