    summertime motivation

How do you guys get motivated to be in the gym when its so nice out. I've been beating myself up to get in there and can't do it. I've tried everyother day, then I just feel like I'm cheating myself and get discouraged. I would like some good advice. Thanks

I like the feeling of pain and pushing my body to extreme measures.

I like having a fit body, and be able to not just play offense when playing basketball with my friends.

    I like compliments I get.

    I like strength gains.

I like helping others I see who need work with form...of course only approach if they seem like somebody that be willing to hear it.

Eh, just a few for you.

Thanks. I feel the same way. But when my 3 year old son always wants to play outside and do things in the summer I feel so selfish. In the winter I destroy myself in the gym. I guess I'm just a "winter" gym warrior.
