about 2 months after i started working out really, began doing it but could only get like 70kg max up. 2 months straight of hard DB incline and normal bench, then boom 100 went up and down.. Feltgoodman, now 3 months into it, hoping to get to the three plate holy grail by end of year. Training for mass though as im still needing some thickness

Diet, Sleep and consistency in training are pretty much 3 things you need to have in check if you want to maximize your potential.
when i started out i was a skeleton out of highschool so it took alot of determination/will power to change myself, so typically longer than the avg person however imo lifting is a lifestyle change, once you start seeing results its hard to change, but stop and you lose it all in the long run....
So Time is all you got dont worry about results and just hit the gym hard and be consistent with proper nutrition, sleep.
best of luck

That's great progress to make. I weigh 65kg / 143lbs lol hopefully I'll see the same gains as you. I'm about to start doing stronglifts 5x5 for 12 weeks by the end of which I wnat to be racking up 100kg for 5x5!
No problem mate, I'm in England, over here Kg are as good as lbs lol. 2-4 months seems like a realistic estimation thanks.
