    Does it work losing body fat this way?

    Hi guys,

    I am not fat at all but I want to get a lower BF% so my six pack shows nicely. I do it a lazy way however is it to lazy? Will I actually lose some fat? This is what I do:

    Cereals as breakfast
    protein bar and four brown slices of bread at 11 am
    around 3:30 pm I eat some fruit for example: Banana's, apples, strawberry.
    At 6:00 pm I'll eat what my mom makes. I just eat till I am no longer hungry. Not until I am so full I cannot eat anything anymore.
    As desert again cereals.
    One piece of fruit around 9.00 pm.
    That is all I eat. Nothing more.

    I only drink water, water, water and water. Nothing else. I weigh 68kg and I am 182 centimeters. I run everyday on a cross trainer and I lose 300 calories. My cross trainer is pretty expensive and it will calculate the calories I burned pretty good.

    So does it work to loose some bodyfat or is it just a waste of my time, do you have any more improvements I can make?

    check the stickies

    also, you gotta have some ab muscle for your six pack to look good

    try to add some push ups and pull ups before cardio sessions they will help u with upper body definition as well and drink 2 cups of green tea a day they help in boosting up your metabolism to burn more fat

    Ok I will. I am also training me ab muscles with p90x so I think that part will be alright. Thanks.

    Yes I am doing some exercises for my upper body. I use weights I have at home, I use the small weights you have in one hand not the big ones where you use two hands.

    By just looking at what I do know can you guys please judge if you think this is a diet which will let me lose some body fat?

    I suggest you do a lot of reading on the forums here, check out the stickies and make sure you are getting the right mix of macros/weight training/cardio

    Try to eat 3-500 cals under maintenance and do your best to lift heavy weights.
