What would happen if a bodybuilder trained underwater with very heavy weight. The water would compensate concentric and eccentric phases but the weight could be huge and you could even be pressing the weight out of the water.
What if a bodybuilder trained in a magnet room were as the weight gets closer to a magnet the it repels the weight as ur getting the last 20% of the movement out and you have to engage all fibres and work harder.
What if someone trained upside down where a Press movement now becomes a Lat pull. Or imagine if gravity could be changed so that you have biceps and triceps both being worked in one curl movement, but the nearest you can get to that is diving a plane and having zero gravity

Use the tools of the trade to help you. I use devices such as chalk for grip strength, gloves, wrist straps, lifting belts - if it helps you lift more, it's all good. - Ronnie Coleman, Hardcore, 2007 Triumph Books
Biggest question in bodybuilding: Whaddaya bench? As I've said before, it doesn't matter how much you bench; it matters how much you look like you bench... There's no round on stage that's the benchpress round. - Bob Chicherillo, World Class Physique, CMG

I tried inventing an exercise today. I called it the power clean twist and it must be performed with varying degrees of insane yells like this guy here:

I only critically injured 2 people doing the power clean twist, major success imo.

Damn, I can't find this photo-shopped photo someone posted awhile a go of a guy doing squats on a stability ball while wearing roller skates on an ice rink. If anyone can find this pic, post it up!

I remember when I first heard about squats and testosterone release. When I considered that, I found a way to rapidly increase intensity/natural test during lifts.
"By masterbating to the point where the individual is about to climax, testesterone levels are incredibly high and the senses and focus of said individual are dangerously high, even potentially life threatening situations arguably would not stop said individual. By harnessing this natural human response to sexual arousal and excitement, an individual can increase his strength tenfold. This is done by bringing the lifter to 99% of the way to orgasm, then stopping abruptly and completing a max effort lift. This is known as ISRL, or increased sexual response lifting. Premlinary testing are showing positive results." - May 2011, Medical Journal of Sports Sciences and Habberdasheryhttps://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=180003183&p=1635918623#post1635918623

"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
