    Arrow Ever thought of training techniques that no one has ever thought of

    What would happen if a bodybuilder trained underwater with very heavy weight. The water would compensate concentric and eccentric phases but the weight could be huge and you could even be pressing the weight out of the water.

    What if a bodybuilder trained in a magnet room were as the weight gets closer to a magnet the it repels the weight as ur getting the last 20% of the movement out and you have to engage all fibres and work harder.

    What if someone trained upside down where a Press movement now becomes a Lat pull. Or imagine if gravity could be changed so that you have biceps and triceps both being worked in one curl movement, but the nearest you can get to that is diving a plane and having zero gravity

    I tried inventing an exercise today. I called it the power clean twist and it must be performed with varying degrees of insane yells like this guy here:
