Any tips on gaining weight? I dont have the time to eat every so hours, but i have been trying to fit 6 meals in a day. Ive been stuck on 150 lbs and i really want to reach 175.

Wow want to try and add more misconceptions in another sentence? lol
1) 6 meals a day is unnecessary, meal timing/frequency is preference - no it does not stoke the metabolic fire.
2) Count calories, it seems you're not because this would be a simple case of eating/adding more.
3) Read the stickies and calculate calories/macros, adjust when necessary so you never have this problem again.Sheiko? My journey to 1,500+ @ 165

This. Just eat! It may be tough, but if you want to gain mass, eat more! When you are cutting like me, it is tough to make yourself not eat more; you are in the same situation, just reversed. Nobody said it was going to be easy.
