    having problems gaining weight

    Any tips on gaining weight? I dont have the time to eat every so hours, but i have been trying to fit 6 meals in a day. Ive been stuck on 150 lbs and i really want to reach 175.

    Wow want to try and add more misconceptions in another sentence? lol

    1) 6 meals a day is unnecessary, meal timing/frequency is preference - no it does not stoke the metabolic fire.

    2) Count calories, it seems you're not because this would be a simple case of eating/adding more.

    3) Read the stickies and calculate calories/macros, adjust when necessary so you never have this problem again.

    The problem is i cant reach my macros, ive already calculated them. I was just looking for tips to gaining weight ex, certain foods that are high in protein and calories

    Out of curiosity what ARE your macros. I find it hard to believe, because honestly it's just a matter of putting more food into your mouth. Foods that are higher in fat are going to be more calorie dense.

    Still baffles be that people cant grasp this concept. I mean, I think I if I had to I could eat 10k+ calories in a day and people complain about 3000-3500. OP pick a macro and anyone in here cant give you a ton of foods that contain a lot of it.

    This. Just eat! It may be tough, but if you want to gain mass, eat more! When you are cutting like me, it is tough to make yourself not eat more; you are in the same situation, just reversed. Nobody said it was going to be easy.

    Try whole milk. Liquid calories are usually easier to stomach.
