Whats your favorite muscle part and why?
hey i just wanted to post a simple forum discusing which body part you like training most and why?
make sugestions about how often you train it, and wheter you see any gains on that muscle, if you can briefly outline 1 specific exercise you do on that muscle part.
Example:
My favourite body part is my triceps, i train it twice a week, day 1 light and day 2 heavy,( tricep Pulldown)
i seen gains on that musle when i started training it , at the 4 week
Tanks keep on being motivated

I like to train my upper trap, nothing screams raw power then someone who looks like they can crack a walnut with there neck. I do different variations of shrugs twice a week to work them.

my chest because it is the most underdeveloped and i like to push myself in my weak points and make them strong points.

my abs, i train every other day - ive made huge progress since i started working out. but i did abs work way before i started weights so now (been doing weights 4 weeks) my favourite is chest because ive gone up on how much i can lift already

i like my back cause its goin along the nicest.
but once i get my upperchest up to par, then id say chest because the ladies loveeee the chest:]

chest. the pump you get after training your chest is beautiful, and it looks great as well.
same with biceps - i love it when i can't lift my arms above my head after a good arms workout.
and although i hate training my legs, i love the pump after a good heavy session of squats - nothing like walking into the changing rooms looking like you've shat yourself.

Chest because a developed chest makes someone look intimidating. Biceps is another favorite.

I enjoy arms the most, I think of it as my leisure day in the gym when I work arms.

haha, i don't like training my back at all.
it's strange, because my back and legs are my strongest parts even though i hate training them.
it's just not satisfying to train - it's hard to keep form when going to failure, and you don't get a pump either (well, in the lats at least).

Shoulders, why you ask? ...i have no idea but i only have limited gyming time so its utter destruction (ie to faliure) whenever i can get round to them. And i over worked the ol chest wen i was young and foolish thus the rest of the bodys playing catch up at the mo...and for the forseeable future lol

I love doing lower back(specifically trapbar deadlifts). And legs, back squats and calf raises are by far my favorite thing to do.

Calves are one of my all-time favorite muscles (to admire on other people, squeeze, and to train). Lately I've been hitting them very hard, and I've gained nearly half an inch already from n00b gains.
For me, I once thought it was impossible because of my chicken legs, but seeing some progress and development is great motivation.

My favorite body part to work is the back...becuase their are like 4 different muscles..and being able to do different back workouts to work each muscle is awesome...love the pumps I get.

My favorite is chest because results are seen quick and u feel the soarness. Back is my least favorite because there are so many options of workouts to do. I also really like biceps because u really feel the pump and squeeze which i LOVE

Chest is my favorite. It grows the fastest out of all my muscles. I train it 2 times a week. Sometimes 3 if i decide to do incline instead of military on the 5x5 routine.
