My name is Brandon but lots of ppl call me B. Im married and have 2 children. Ready to get this contest started! May the best man/woman win and good luck to everyone. I just finished a ton of strength training and Im ready to start with some volume now and put my new strength to good use! Cant wait to see where Juggernaut is going to take me. I've been pretty serious about my training the past few yrs and now it's time to take it up another notch! Fitness is an important part of life and is especially important to me. This contest is just the thing to keep everyone motivated, to surround themselves with like minded people and reach goals and see what they're made of. Hope that everyone can continue doing so even after the contest ends. Starting my new workout tomorrow and my supps outta be here right on time. Plan on training 4 days a week for now plus throw in a little cardio and abs. I cant tell you all my secret yet though. You're going to have to come back if you wanna know. Time to eat right, train smart and get jacked with some juggernaut!!! Thanks to Infinite labs for the opportunity! Time to bring it! Keep an eye out. Training logs coming soon to a forum near you.

Just heard Tag Team - Whoop There It Is on my Pandora. Takes me back to the days of yore and undoubtedly made me want to go to the gym. My supps arent here yet. I was hoping they'd be here before I needed to go to the gym. Maybe tomorrow. Im actually kinda stalling hoping UPS will roll up any minute. My workout partner is probably wondering wondering what the hold up is. Also note to self...I need to figure out how to dial down that starting pic.

First workout of the week
You are in luck my friend because I just finished one. I've done this particular upper/lower split before and I forgot to look at my logs from the last time I did it so I could use the correct weight. However, I'm quite a bit stronger since then but it's nice to have a reference point. Those of you that write down all of your workouts know what I'm talking about. Those of you that dont should! Your notebook is such a great tool.
Workout
Legs - Quad dominant
Squats 4x8 @ 225lbs
Leg press (wide) 4x10 @ 270lbs superset
DB squat (wide) 4x15 @ 80lbs superset
Walking lunges (long) 10 per leg @ 40lbs
Walking lunges (short) 10 per leg @ 40lbs
Leg extensions 1x100 @60lbs (had to rest twice)
Nutrition
Breakfast
Clif bar
Protein bar
Snack
2 scoops whey
20 almonds
Lunch
6oz venison
1 cup spinach
PreWO
1 scoop whey
1/4 cup carbs
creatine
Purple wrath
Intra
Purple wrath and a truck load of water
PostWO
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup carbs
12oz milk
Dinner
12oz steak
1/4 cup risotto rice
brussell sprouts
total - 2497
protein - 302
carbs - 226
fat - 47
My nutrition today was ok. It couldve been better I think. It looks good on paper but it just did not feel good I guess. Workout rocked as it was the first day! Unfortunantly my juggernaut did not arrive in time so I had to sub a little purple wrath to get me by. Upper body day tomorrow and Im pumped to use the Juggernaut! I love starting new workouts. I'm sure I'll be walking goofy for weeks! Ok...maybe just a couple days, but it's so good.
