They don't look that bad. Mine look worse; skin peels and flakes off almost daily, but I can put up with it. The pain goes away with time. Just keep at it and move through it.
Two months is not a long time, by the way.550/385/655, 285 overhead press, 330 push jerk, 250 weighted dip, 190 weighted pull-up, 413.8 max weighted pull-up, 450 front squat, 365 RFESS, 305 x 2 log press, 400 (per arm) farmer's carry, 370 atlas stone, 31 pull-ups at 247.

There is absolutely nothing you can do about them. If you put lotion on them you will make them soft again and when your weights increase it's only going to hurt that much more. Get use to it. The pain will go away when they becomes worse.

Calluses are there to protect you. I remember hearing that over time, you'll just stop feeling the pain all together. Look at your feet for example, there are calluses there, yet you don't feel them when you walk around because you've been placing weight on them for so long.
After my deadlifts, my calluses are literally huge pumps on my hands. They hurt so much I can't grasp onto the pullup bar, but its started to get better over time; I guess it's either psychologically the pain is less or really the pain is less there!
To remove them; you can either just a pumice stone (available at any supermarket for a few dollars). You could also use a scissor (youtube videos). But why would you want to cut your callus off? I tried removing it once a few months ago; haven't done so since and decided just to keep them.

I pick at the loose skin with my bare hands. Otherwise, I just leave them alone.

You also don't really need the gloves... They just add inches to the bar and take away from your deadlift workouts. Not to mention it's an extra cost that you can just avoid. Saving money's a good idea in these turbulent times.

put duct tape or some sort of callus pad on them. and USE LIFTING GLOVES. Lifting gloves make hand pain like this almost unexistant. You can actually get some pretty good golds gym ones from walmart for like 7 bucks. i bought a pair a good year, mabe even longer, so ago. and they are still holding up. i use em every workout

most people don't realize they are griping the bar wrong. This is the way many pro bodybuilders do it and i do it to. I dont have a single callous on my hand anymore.
you replace your normal grip on pulling exercises with this and your callouses will fade away.
look at jay's grip when he does pulling exercises he holds it with his fingers he does not hold it with his palm. Especially his grip on the deadlift

Had a real problem with my hands when I played tennis. Got these awful blisters that eventually turned to callouses. But then after a while noticed they would start ripping, and since I stopped playing they became weaker and when I started lifting they just got really ripped up. I always use gloves when lifting help a little bit but not much, especially when there ripped up like yours in the picture. What I recommend might sound crazy but super glue. I would recommend medical super glue if you could get it(think it's called dermabond), if not take a chance on just the regular one. Really does help out a lot.

What you really should do, aside from what everyone else here has to say, is use a Pumice stone or something akin to that. Ask your mom/girlfriend they will know. Its similar to sandpaper/nail file. Use it on the callusus to bring them down a bit. It will reduce the pain and allow you to get a better grip/lift more weight in the future.
