You could also add raisins to your oatmeal. 1/4 of a cup of 130 calories.

but yes cook the oatmeal, then stir in milk and pb and you'll think you're in heaven.

Oats and natty pb is always good. I once mixed my chocolate whey with it and it was very good, was about 700 cals not to mention filling.

I like to drink my first breakfast of the day because Iā€™m not an early eater.

    I do
    -1cup oats
    -1cup frozen blueberries
-1.5cups milk (lactose free for me)
    -2 scoops chocolate whey protein
    -1 tbsp chocolate chips semisweet
    -1tbsp honey
    -1tbsp peanut butter

    1,150kcal
    86g protein
    138g carbs
    14g fiber
    32g fat

I drink this every morning before the gym for breakfast and usually by the time I finish my workouts I am ready for a second breakfast, easy to consume more calories šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼

Exactly.Oats and peanutt butter, you get all the macros you need.If you feel that it is too bland, as I do, then throw in some cereals.Tons of sugar, but i dont worry about it that much and you get extra calories.
