    X factor time off

So I finished my first x factor advanced run about 3 weeks ago. I was shocked with the results. Tracked every gram of food and diet was perfect.
So my question is, I have an event that I would like to fill out more for (that might sound dumb, but the last 4 weeks on x factor I felt the biggest I had. Period) and wanted to know if 4-5 weeks is enough time off between cycles?
Thanks guys and thank you molecular nutrition.

Glad you had a great experience with X-Factor Advanced!! I love hearing things like that.

Now about the timing- its a throwback to old PH timing, but I keep my time between cycles about the same as the time ON. Meaning- if I do a 60 day XFA run, I'll take that much time off before the next one. Thats not a Company suggestion, just my personal usage.
I think you'd be fine with 4-5 weeks off between runs.

Well its all true and i am keen to give the original version a shot now. I remember people saying that you should take approx 50 days off between cycles, but i never really knew the reason for this. I think i might start the x factor now, since i cant wait for the fun! hahaha.

I have about 6 weeks left with the XF run that I am doing and I will most likely take 1-2 months off before starting up again. The break is a good idea just so I can start taking my fish oils/joint support again.

Many people have extended their cycle past 50 days without any detrimental effect. We do advise time on=time off with any supplement but as you know ArA is a naturally*occurring*fatty acid so if you do want to add a bottle of the original on at the end, go for it. I'm glad to hear your results were so great!

Well, the thing is i have been completely off x-factor for about 3 weeks and was going to start a completely new run in about a week or 2.
The other question i have is, how roughly how long do you need to be off tta? Thanks!

You couldnt find any worth a damn? There are over 100 reviews of X-Factor/XFA on the forums, few products can say that. Check the unsponsored logs section right now for a lot of unbiased feedback.
