I was looking at Isopure but what are your guys favorite? I typically like to do 1 cup egg whites + 1 scoop and mix it as my shake for post-workout and pre-workout.
Doesn't need to be 60g in 1 serving lol. It can be 20-30g per scoop.
MHP Iso-fast or whatever that's new seems good

BOOM! Isoflex Everywhere!
Not only does it taste good, but we lab test each and every batch ensuring you are getting the best product you can.
Try a tub you will not be dissapoint.
Isonatural is straight WPI, the same one in isoflex just with out flavoring, that way you can flavor it yourself.
I use it for baking a lotType 1 Diabetic - Since age 15

ion-exchange processing of protein went out in the 90s. it is a dated and ineffective method that depletes the portion of the protein that you want.
because of the harsh chemical reactive agents used in this method (hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide), pH sensitive fractions are damaged and some amino acids are denatured.
this old method costs less than 1/5 the amount as setting up microfiltration procesing.
the only advantage of this method (other than the inexpensiveness) is that it yields a higher ratio of BCAAs. this is misinformation that is used to tout the method and distract from the bigger issue of the degradation of the protein unit.

I would go with NOW Foods 100% Natural Isolate or Nutrabio's Whey Isolate. Both are very high quality proteins and non-denatured.

I'll be giving VPX SRO and Species Isolyze a shot this month, I found Isoflex vanilla to be very bland and clump in a shaker but Im sure the quality is just fine on it. I'll likely try the choc pb isoflex at some point as I hear that one may have a stronger flavor. The vanilla was very easy to down, but was virtually free of taste which was good as Im not huge on vanilla but made me weary to buy flavors that I would prefer stronger.
The last time I used an isolateconsistentlywas GF Pro so its been a while now that prices have liked doubled since Ive justified using isolates regularly but I figure I'll get back into it now that Im dieting.

I've been really liking ON's Hydrowhey. I've tried the chocolate and the Vanilla and both are great. Really smooth, mix in under 10 seconds(srs), extremely light on the stomach. Hydrowhey has no extra fats, cholesterol, or lactose in it. Just pure protein that has almost 9g of BCAA's in it as well as digestive enzymes. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great isolate.
