This. I have been writing a guide ( long un-rushed one) and this is in there.

If you're having no luck. Delete Everything.
Go to the gym, get your hair cut(tan?). Just generally look your best.
Take one picture on your own, inside your house. Then go out with your friends and take some pictures.

Change your month of birth also, and take this opertunity to add 1 inch on your height and 1 year onto your age.
