    college workout?

    i was wondering if anyone had a full college d2 or d1 football program they could send me for middle line backer and running back. my workouts seem to do nothing but make me defined and not gain any speed. also i was wondering if anyone could send me a runners workout for sprinters and a workout i could do for my whole body with just a swt of 20 lb dumbbells seeing as how thats all i have and have no way to a weight room. any help will be appreciated. thanks.

    Theres a thread for them somewhere. Honestly none of them are really that great. Just find a good mapped out program and follow that. (eg. defrancos, Starting Strength, 5/3/1 etc)

    Most of those S&C coaches dont know what they are doing and their athletes get huge and strong despite them rather than because of them.

    I know of at least one D1 program that uses basically defrancos west side program, try that.
