Building muscle = calorie surplus
losing fat = calorie deficit
your stack is fine. just fine.
the multi you chose is fine, the fish oil is fine. the protein is fine.
jack3d and Oxyelite are fine as well. Wouldn't go near 1,3 myself.
I wouldn't take Jack3d and OxyElite at full doses together due to the high stim content of each - replace an OEP dose or skip a Jack3d pre-workout if your dosing OEP.
Your supplement stack will not build muscle and lose fat. Your diet and training will, and supplements can help your diet and training.

You can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. The best you can do is keep your muscle and lose fat.
Your muscle gains OR fat loss will be the result of your diet, not supplements.
As for your stack.
Gold is good but it can be replaced by Myofusion or Trutein
Switch Opti-men with Orange Triad or Animal Pak
Fish Oils is all good. I've always been a fan of ON Fish Oils.
As for Jack3d and Oxy. There are better pre workouts and possibly better fat burners. However you shouldn't be taking both. Pick either a fat burner or pre-wrokout.
I'd stick to Oxy as the fat burner but with the pre-workout i'd go for Assault or C4.ExEctomorph's Journey to becoming a Powerlifter Log:

DO NOT stack OxyElite Pro with Jack3D.
If you do.. only take 1/2 scoop of Jack3D.أشهد أن لا إله إلاَّ الله و أشهد أن محمد رسول الله
I do not hate Jews. What I specifically dislike is racial/ethnic supremacy and extremism that inevitably contradicts a root belief system. An example is Jewish (ethnic) supremacy aka Zionists. This is not exclusive to Jews nor their religion, there is in fact Arab zionists, Muslim zionists, Christian zionists, American zionists, Democrat zionists, and even atheist zionists.
