One of my local supplement shops talked me into trying Rich Piana's pre workout Kill It. So I said what the hell, why don't I stack it with Full As F*ck as well. Here are the ingredients in both:

Niacin - 30 mg
Calcium - 9 mg
Magnesium - 15 mg

Potassium - 36 mg
L-Citrulline - 4 Grams
L-Taurine - 2 Grams
Agmatine Sulfate - 1 Gram
Glycerol Monostearate - 1 Gram
Dan-Shen Extract - 650 mg

So the fist impressions are proprietary blend, kind of expensive and I think I actually killed it in my workout. I am not sure what it was, but I definitely felt like I could go all day and it only has 250mg of caffeine. I probably wouldn't have tried this without my local supp guy talking me into it, it I a glad he did.
