It is not known whether it is beneficial or not to cycle long term. Once again I would do so if you are concerned. I'd advise for every month you use creatine, take 2 weeks off, minimum.

It's not known very clearly what the long term side effects of prolonged usage of creatine are. If you want to be on the safe side you should cycle it.

its naturally found in red meat. Do you cycle your beef intake. If the answer to that was no, the answer to your original question is no aswell.

2 weeks aint gonna do anything.

Creatine from supplements is shown to be in the bloodstream anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks after the last dosage.

as for you should cycle? if you want to, do it. There really isnt a need for it, and there are studies i believe that support the claim.

its all up to you (i personally cycle: usually up to 2 1/2 months on, 1 month off (or more if im lazy), even tho there is no need)

You dont NEED to do anything, but its usually a good idea to take a week off every couple months just to give your body a break.
