^assuming your routine isnt retarded / your not eating / not sleeping?
feels like there are multiple threads on it every day and from my understanding takes a long time to "overtrain"

Pretty ****ing hard for teens to overtrain. But if you skip sleeping for a day often, eat like a pigeon and go to the gym everyday and spend hours in there I suppose its possible. Very unlikely though.
