Hey Guys
Im on a cut, been on it for 4 weeks now.
Im seeing results, my pants alot bigger than what i was on during my bulk, which was a bit to dirty imo looking back on it.
Im not interested in how much i weigh, thats simply a number to me. Ive recently got some calipers, as this imo is the best weigh to gage the fat loss.
What i would like to know is, on average, how much would one expect to lose in terms of bf% say every week/month etc.
Im trying to lose the fat/weight as slow as possible so i dont lose my muscle, but i dont want to set goals of reducing bf% to 10% if that is not achievable in say 3-4 months.
So in order for me too set realistic goals, in your own expereince were youve been on a cut and maintain your muscle mass, how quickly did you lose your bf%? This will differ between individuals, but just a rough guide would be a great start.
Thanks
