    Mad Cow's 5x5

I completed 9 weeks on this program and was hitting new PR's weekly on everything but standing shoulder presses and bench. In fact, my shoulder presses and bench actually went down on the 9th week =(. I just took a week break from the gym and want to start cutting now.
My question is... I want to start the HST program and the warrior diet. Would it be too much to begin both of these at the same time?
    Current PR's
    Deadlift-315lbs
    Squat-285lbs
    Bench-205lbs (fml)

Why not continue with Madcows? Few people enjoy 5 straight weeks of PRs. Maybe you just need a reset.

I don't know anything about HST or the warrior diet, but I assume there's no harm in starting two things at once. Just go light for a couple weeks on the new program if necessary.

I liked Mad Cow's 5x5 no doubt, but I want some hypertrophy now. Even though I gained strength on Mad Cow's, I saw little to no gains in the mirror. (keep in mind that I know hypertrophy isn't what this program is for)
    BTW
    HST Program Cliff notes
    -Pick 8-12 exercises from site
-Find PR's for 15 reps, 10 reps, 5 reps for each exercise
-Gradually go up in weight on exercises throughout the week
-MWF workout regimen, doing the same 8-12 exercises you picked
    -Weeks 1-2: 15s (reps)
    Weeks 3-4: 10s
    Weeks 5-6: 5s
    Weeks 7-8: continuation of 5RM

    Warrior Diet Cliff notes
    -Fast for 20 hours
    -4 hour eating window
-begin your 4 hour eating window with vegetables first, then protein, then carbs
    Current PR's
    Deadlift-315lbs
    Squat-285lbs
    Bench-205lbs (fml)
