OK let's start with thanks thanks thanks for all the birthday wishes! I used to make a big deal about it but I think I've about stopped that since having kids. NBD I don't need to go get wasted on my birthday any old way. Kinda like any other day around here ya know?

*Last Friday I started eating a little before lifting which I know some say can affect PWO but so far I'm still crankin' stuff out so I'm going to keep eating.

***Last week's reps. The #-# means I got X reps then took 30 seconds or less and go the next few reps. I was thinking I wasn't really "feeling" the PWO lately but was really working hard on that bench today. Felt great
****So I made that promise to myself that I was only going to drink Saturday. Then I accidentally drank the first Friday. Well this week I went all the way until Saturday yay! But then I drank my old "usual" (not to be confused with my old "two too many") and felt like arse yesterday! Notsomuch my belly but my head hurt like a mother. Laid in bed until 1 srsly. Then laid around more after that./lesson learned a week off drinking really effs with that tolerance.
Kinna mad this is blurry but you can sorta kinda make me out right?

Monday hubz has colonoscopy and I run around looking for stuff for 3rd grade musical

The scale is a whore! I totally agree with Lori. I think the scale is not related to the cals.
