Shoulder pressing 40's!!! Sh!t!!!
ETA-- Do you have a spot help you hoist 'em up?? I workout alone. Would be useful to have someone else around on occasion, lol."You pass on more to your children and your grandchildren than your eye color, your hair color, your crooked smile. You also pass on your enthusiasm, your spirit, your desire to compete. You provide the living example that they can become more than they ever thought they could. Because you did.”

I have a spot but I hoisted myself. They were just there to help the elbows if I got stuck halfway up lol. Hoisting is a skill I didn't think I had but I did it!!
I promise to come back and chat tmrw at some point but for now I leave these with ya...
Sorry no regular pics. Man I am hippy these days.
Gregg Scruggs #98 Seattle Seahawks and Boys Hope Girls Hope (cincinnati) scholar/graduate (he's hilarious too)
Really short cliffs::
http://www.boyshopegirlshope.org/About.aspx
BHGH is a great program that provides capable but "in need" children access to a great (private school) education. The children have to apply and be approved. I believe they can apply as young as 4th grade. Here in Cinti there are 3 BHGH houses (2 boy, 1 girl) where the scholars live full time. I'm trying to remember but I think it's 8 scholars, 4 adults with 1 that is there full time overnight. The parents have to release them to the program and allow them to live there without them and go to school. Hearing some of these stories is just nuts... "My mom raised 5 of us with no father(s) and then Uncle Joe got out of prison and became a great father figure until he was murdered...".
(you can get kicked out of the program too. Also they have a 100% goin' to college rate)
They had electronic silent auction bidding. BRILLIANT! Get text say got outbid would you like to bid again?? Lol.
Anyway I enjoy this gala even if I complain about being tubby, etc. Great cause (and I don't "do" private but these kids need it/have no other choice) and am happy to give what I can.My Journal

Hubz' CEO is board chair so the company buys a couple of tables and invites some of us. Otherwise I'd have no idea about the program being a bit out in the burbs. The couple that got the award this year has given over 1m to the program and donated the girls house here...amazing. I know what we give helps, of course, but I'm always blown away at the generosity of others. Yay people!!

P, oh sorry, SUPA Ppppppppppp, "Yay People" is the best part of community service ... you see there are some wonderful caring people out there. Community service really makes me feel good.
You're looking pretty awesome in that LBD ... kind of a mix between gorgeous hottie and don't mess with me or I'll stick my stiletto up your nose.Caring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

OK I'm lost on who I have replied to etc and yeah.
Yesterday I went and ran 3 miles 31:53 with 2 minutes total walking and was pretty annoyed I even had to walk. I think that's 10:37 which isn't horrible for me who hasn't really ran much but ugh. There's my pity party now I move on and try and run a little more. I want to like it again Then we hit the indoor pool for a bit. Of course I ran into someone from HS and we were both kinda like "um hi after 20 years but we're in our swimsuits let's not catch up right this second mkay?".
This morning was legs. Tore them up decently

Nutrition
I lost half a pound last week aiming for a 250 cal deficit. BMF says I had a 600 cal deficit the last 7 days but I didn't totally log Saturday or Sunday's food nor did I wear the thing Saturday so I wouldn't have a mark on my arm for the function
So basically I tried to stick close to 2250cals except for the cheesecake So I think I'm going to bump down to 2000 this week and see if I lose closer to a pound. I want to ditch a few fluffys before maintaining for a bit (like a month or two not 6 months lulz). BUT if 2k leaves me weak and delirious I will add some more in. Must be able to function properly
(TMI also AF is right around the corner might help but I never noticed weight fluctuation while on bulk)
