Just a rough estimate is good! I have it set for 10:00 asleep and 6:00 up, I don't think it totally matters if you go to bed at exactly that time or not. Sometimes on the weekends I'm not in bed until 12:00 nopt up until 10:00 and it still works fine, you just might just have to set it first so it picks up on the fact that you DO sleep

It was amazing to me to see how much it claimed I burned when I was working like 14ish hr days and not even "exercising" even though at work it is physical all day. BUT if on a Sat I sleep in til 11am, don't go to the gym, and pretty much hang out on the couch watching tv all day I get all worried because it doesn't look like I'm gonna even hit 2k srs. It's weird, if you just get up and do stuff like unload the dishwasher, walk around your house changing light bulbs (don't 'lectricute yourself dere P), and rearrange your garage or some shiz you do burn a lot of cals even though it's pretty light activity. Either yours hasn't zeroed in on your true stats yet (takes a couple weeks for it to get to know how you live and will correct itself the more you wear it) or days like today are evening out with days where you don't go to the gym or move around as much. You do seem like a busy person though.
Also I notice mine does not seem to record my naps as sleep, no idea why, but I nap like 8hrs a week and it never gets added on.Current PRs:

Hahaha! I was apparently sleeping while i was suntanning in the summer
I agree with hammers, P! Look at the weekly average to determine burn, not each day. A lot of my days are higher than others but average out pretty consistently around 2300-2400 these days. I think that's even a little high considering I'm sure eat less than that on a regular basis and I'm not losing weight. I think it's most accurate on people who don't move a whole lot (ie- better for finding calories burned at rest) But then again, even on lazy days I burn 2000-2100 cals, and I don't gain eating that. I still don't understand it all!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers
