I think the Smith bar weighs 15 pounds. Do you think an angled OHP is more challenging then a straight up OHP? I've only tried an angled on a machine and I kind of liked it.

The angles bar is thicker and all my gym friends SWEAR it weighs more than the straight and I agree. Nothing listed on machine
With a throw? Where are you throwing that 15lb weight Do you throw someone a weighted ball?

The straight Smith states that it weighs 15. I'll look at the angled Smith brand and see what I can find but I'm tellin' ya it's more than 15...it HAS to be! lol.
Yes the doughnut was awesome! Genius, right? Yep yep.
Also had awesome steak and gratin goat cheese potatoes and ceasar salad yay kid-free meals!
And didn't have one stitch of alcohol on Friday yay me
But made up for it last night
And McDebil's for brunch when I finally got out of bed at, like, noon.
Super low on cals today gotta eat.
Kinda want to go run TM but not really.
Haven't eaten enough.
Happy Sunday Everyone!My Journal

I won't be around Saturday so I did some chest today as well and will do shoulders on Friday.
Not sure I wrote everything out in order but basically squats were the only thing I didn't triset.
Also, R. Kelly was on the Stairway To Hell. Srsly.
Perently he's on his way to KY for a show on Wednesday.
