    Dude I know I just corrected though only did 3 sets at 105. I had a total brain fart. Been gunning for 5x5 on bench and been coming up short lately don't know...too early for neurons to be firing properly?

    Next week I swear. But I'm still going to go up and see how it feels

    I haven't been around to Spank's in a bit but I assume it's just the chickens chatterin'.

    So the other day I was there and saw a woman come out of the regular woman's locker room with THE look on her face and I just snickered and said "it'll be ok I promise". lulz.

    But they don't have the "modesty" rooms. I named them that.
    From now on I'll call them the HamIsGonnaTakegunzPicsRoomz.
    And their steam room is hotter and steamier.
    Not sure about their sauna.

    Nobody commenting on my baby arms (was leg day afterall!) or fat belluh.

    5 x 5 type programs are good if you get the right weight. It is easy to judge progress with a program like that also. My training is all over the place, so sometimes it is hard to tell unless I do a 1 rep max.

    Baby arms? Dunno your arm measurements but I can see some tricep poppage which is nice. As for bellah you're standing all weird so meh.

    So you guys have a unisex locker room atm? Lol that's gotta be horrible (sooo many old dudes at my gym, really don't wanna see the ball-dry-one-leg-on-sink-with-hairdryer move.) Or did they ditch the family locker room and now just have a mens and womens? Lol yes I do use those little rooms for pics, people look at me weird when I do it out in the open srs.

    leave at 7
    pick friend up at 7:10
    get to 5k at 7:30
    5k at 8:30
    out of there by 9:30
    bouncy place at 10 to pick up 9yo (not "his" party)
    they decide he can stay
    bounce around/climb up slides/etc with 2yo until 11
    home for "breakfast"
    shower
    nap 12:40-2 (hit snooze quite a bit lol)
    "lunch"
    kids will be gone at 3
    head to a farm an hour away for Hubz's IT party
    sheesh

    I am shocked they did that. I personally would not give a fuk but a lot of the womenz at mine would probably threaten all kinds of things srs. They get weirded out by ME when I sit in there and drink my protein before pool time. Perhaps it doesn't help that I butter up my muscles with olive oil and softly grunt. Overly sensitive weirdos!
