OK so we were kid-free last night and decided on dinner out and a movie at home.
Went to Carrabbas. Just added up the cals...lololololololol.
2400 not including bread/olive oil and 3 glasses of wine.
No we did not try and make good choices
Yes we had an appetizer AND dessert.
Dictator=hilarious.
Weigh no more today than I did yesterday. Unheard of! Before cutting I'd be up 3 pounds just because of all the carbs...lulz.

Dang I'm about to go up and do 20 more!!
Shoulder feeling better but still aggravated. Bad idea jeans to hoist jamhander into van, mkay?
Thanks guise! Lots and lots of squats working on depth Just not really advertising that because it makes me cranky to get hollered at
I'm thinking of going in on Thursday to do only squats.
We shall see if I feel like getting up.My Journal

your squats put me to shame. Wanna trade farmer walks for squats?

Oooo squat depth work, yeah!
As for maneuvering those jam-handers why don't you use one of those huge bread sheets on the lonnnnng stick you see in cartoons when they're baking bread in Germany in 1907? It's like a giant spatula, google pics has failed me or I'd post an example.

Have you ever tried those Goblet Squats, P? (P'roni kinda cute name for you too .... Boomer posted that!)

Oh man, those Drea's Walks (Farmers Walk) KILL my forearms .... they are burning like heck by the third go-around .... ouchieCaring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.
