    OK so we were kid-free last night and decided on dinner out and a movie at home.
    Went to Carrabbas. Just added up the cals...lololololololol.
    2400 not including bread/olive oil and 3 glasses of wine.
    No we did not try and make good choices
    Yes we had an appetizer AND dessert.
    Dictator=hilarious.
    Weigh no more today than I did yesterday. Unheard of! Before cutting I'd be up 3 pounds just because of all the carbs...lulz.

    Ha! I had a few cocktails last night but nothing phrazzy. I seem to do this on Sundays (lift early on most Saturdays just not the past 2 weeks)...try to make up for the weekdays of 3am wakeups.

    That sounds like a great plan. When I had squat and D/L issues, that is what I did. I would practice a number different stances if I were you. I use the full sit box squat method at parallell or a few inches high. Box squat parallell using the full sit, will help teach you how to sit back.

    As for maneuvering those jam-handers why don't you use one of those huge bread sheets on the lonnnnng stick you see in cartoons when they're baking bread in Germany in 1907? It's like a giant spatula, google pics has failed me or I'd post an example.

    I can not imagine what a standing ham curl is???
