Hey I am on a deadline...I have been injured for the last 3mths and i am now fully fit and running well, but slow as **** off the mark. I play AFL and it is essential to have and explosive first 5 steps.
I have 2 weeks before i play again, if i were to focus on acceleration would i see improvements by then? i know everyone is different etc etc but i would just wanted to know where i should set my goals and expectations.
