Yesterday at the gym all the decline benches were taken so this big guy drags two benches up to the barbell stand, puts the front legs of one onto the other bench and was doing declines with 250lb on a bench that looked like it would slip any second.

yesterday a group of 5 using the phucking squat rack to bench while laying on the ground.....
yes, benches were open. luckily my gym has 3 squats cause this type of *******ry is normal.**MISC STRENGTH CREW**

some guy at my gym **** his pants while lifting, went into the bathroom and put one leg up on the sink and started whiping his *******. He then continues to manuver hhimself into a position where he starts splashing water onto his *******. Once this is complete he walks out like nothing happened, mind you there is a HUGE HUGE **** stain on his pants and continues to workout.

The most retarded thing I've seen, besides weighted goodmornings, is people using the cable machine to do curls while laying on their backs. They set the cable to the floor, lay down on their backs with their feet against the machine, and do bicep curls that way. When I see that, I wonder if they would seriously consider finding a way to do curls while upside down, too.
