I just started using mine yesterday. I input my data and since I used it only for half a day yesterday it used some formula to guesstimate how much I burned during the first half. It guessed 1.4 when I sleep and 2.3 when I'm awake, doing no activities. When I plugged it in for the first time I noticed that today when I slept I burned 1.7 calories per minute, even though yesterday while I wasn't doing anything but wearing the armband, it was also about 1.7 calories.
Besides being the same number when I sleep and when I'm awake, there's also the "problem" of my BMR being about 2450 (if I were to sleep 24 hrs). I'm 200lbs right now and trying to gain some weight.
Using every formula I can come across I get a number around 2000, usually 2071.
Anyone else had similar results?
