but you iron benders will.
Been looking for a new gym and hate the "sign up fees" and what not. Forgot about "the Barn"...a code locked 24/7 dirty bad ass gym in the middle of nowhere.
20 bucks a month, never anyone in there, straight up ****ing old school. I play old Slipknot, Coal Chamber, Deftones and just get rowdy.
Took some pics tonight. God I love this place.

**** you OP, I always dream of working in a place like that.
“Procrastination most often arises from a sense that there is too much to do, and hence no single aspect of the to-do worth doing. . . . Underneath this rather antic form of action-as-inaction is the much more unsettling question whether anything is worth doing at all.” Mark Kingwell

That's pretty badass. I signed up for a new gym recently and picked it mostly because all the equipment is old, and it's kind of ****ty.
That is far superior. The dirtier the better, as long as the air inside is fairly fresh, a smell is fine, but I've been in some that are so musty lifting is a bitch.working on it

Mirin' phucking HARD. I expect for there to be like dried blood on the floor and walls and shiit.
It's got a squat rack or squat hooks right? And of course flat bench? (all I saw was incline).
Seriously alpha.RMFTOTA! Living in a Saban nation!!
"Until you're deadlifting twice your bodyweight for reps, can squat four wheels, and bench more than 300 pounds, don't worry about making your biceps pop. If you accomplish these goals and want to keep progressing and growing, train to deadlift three times your bodyweight, squat five wheels, and bench 350 pounds." - Slay The Dragon
