    Stress and Muscle

Its a fact that stress causes cortisol release yes?
And cortisol is known to reduce muscle tissue right?

Basically i was just wondering what everyones opinion is on how much stress can really affect your muscle gains. Have you ever experianced alot of stress and noticed a difference over time in muscle mass? How high do you think stress levels need to be to affect this?

It won't make a big impact. Just forget it and try to live a stress free life.
