How many days a week should i go to the gym and follow the nomal pre/post workout meals ect..? my plan was to go every day...but i am wondering if i should give my body a day or so to sort of recuperate? I was thinking maybe every day but taking a break and resting on friday?

Well OP, you seem sort of new to this so i'll lay it out on you
You have a couple decisions..
You can do a split, meaning usually working out 5 days a week a different muscle-group each day
You can do Full-body routines 3x a week, with a day in between to rest. e.g. monday/wensday/friday
Personally, i do a mix of the both of these, sort of.
3 days devoted to back/legs/bi/abs
the days inbetween are shoulders/chest/triceps
you'll wanna check out SS though bro

7 days a week.
Its a ritual thing 4 me, I know a lot of people at the gym and I go everyday, if I skipped a day then I feel I would get out of the habit.
Usually 5 days a week I do 1hour weights 30mins cardio 30mins sauna, jacuzzi,shower
2 days a week 30mins abs and core and 45mins cardio + 30mins sauna, jacuzzi, showerWill rep back (ALWAYS ALWAYS) :D. Just write 'Rep back' and will sort you out ;)

3 days. Squatting 3x a week yeah buddyGoals for 2015:
Cut to single digit bf% and bulk while staying lean.
6 plate deadlift
5 plate squat or/and 3 1/2 plate front squat
3 plate bench or/and 2 1/2 plate incline bench
3 plate pendlay row
1 1/2 plate OHP or/and 2 plate push press

Depends on how fast your body recovers. I do 5 or 6, depending on how my legs/back feel.
Upper AND Lower
Been getting GREAT gains doing this. This gives you 3 upper body days, 2 lower, 2 back. I have really good recovery in my upper body, so that's why I do it on Saturdays as well.

I think im going to do Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Take a break Friday, than go saturday, and do a light workout like cardio on sunday to sort of give myself a break for the next week.
but it wouldnt be bad if some weeks i go every day? when i dont go it kind of makes me feel like a lazy ass..haha
