Need some serious Advises !!! Please come and help :)
I have been working in the gym for long time, but doesnt seen to be working for me!!
Summer is coming up, I need some advises/ programs to tune up the body and look good !!
Is it possible to get a good looking abs in 3-4 weeks ?
As you can see in the pictures, I dont look fat at all, quite silm, I want to gain some muscle. I play football (soccer) 1-2 times a week and go to the gym 2-3 times a week. But seen to be not working for me at all !!
